30-day returns

Email contact@ratchwell.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return address.

Return conditions

Change-of-mind returns must be unused, complete and in the original packaging. You pay return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Problems with your order

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, send your order number and a description or photo. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Refunds and cancellations

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may need additional processing time.

To cancel, contact us before your order is processed for dispatch. Once shipped, the return process applies. Our registered office is not the return address.
